Author Biography
Linda Gregg Linda Gregg was born in Suffren, New York, and grew up in Marin County, California. Her poetry collections include In the Middle Distance, Things and Flesh, Chosen by the Lion, The Sacraments of Desire, Alma, and Too Bright to See. She has taught at the University of Iowa, Columbia University, the University of California-Berkeley, and elsewhere. She has won a Guggenheim fellowship, a Whiting Award, and a National Endowment for the Arts grant. Her new book, All of It Singing: New and Selected Poems, will be published by Graywolf Press in September 2008. Gregg lives in New York City. |
